How To Measure
Waist: Measure around your belly button, NOT your pants waist size.
Chest: Lift your arms and measure completely around your chest.
Over The Shoulder: Measure from the top of the belt in front, over your shoulder, to the top of the belt on your back (similar to suspenders). For Tall sizes, add 4 inches to the over-the-shoulder measurement.
